Who is responsible for the draw if the patient clots or the draw goes bad?

Per our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the Terms & Conditions executed between a MAP and a Lab/Client, if the draw is unable to be drawn, the MAP will be responsible for performing another draw for a viable specimen. The party responsible for the payment (lab or patient) will only be charged for one draw.
