MOMS is a Software as a Service platform, providing access to labor for Labs/Clients in need.
As of February 1, 2025, there is only one level of access for new Labs/Clients looking to join MOMS. For $999/month, Labs/Clients can access the entire nation of MAPs: Medical Access Points/Providers™, which is over 2,150 active MAPs and growing.
To enhance the MOMS experience, we also offer four additional add-on features:
- Sticklogistics® - A learning management system (LMS) powered by MOMS. $500/month
- Click-To-Schedule - Provides tokenization of your MAP connections to populate on your website. $500/month
- Shipment Tracking - Provides real-time updates as to when your Lab can expect to receive a collected specimen. $500/month
- Private Network - For Labs/Clients currently utilizing in-office phlebotomy (IOP), the MOMS Private Network provides a compliant relationship with IOPs and allows Labs to bring the labor into one platform. $1,500/month

The MOMS Connection Package includes all of our latest functionality modules except the Private Network option, plus access to the growing MAP network for $2,499/month. Benefits of this new tier subscription include having your MAP collection network on your website so that patients can directly schedule when purchasing kits, the ability to track all completed collections, and making sure that all of your collection instructions and other required information is properly communicated through our Sticklogistics™ LMS offering. This package provides clients utilizing MOMS the best solution for increasing specimen collections in 2025 and beyond.
