      What is the cost to join the Lab/Client network?

      MOMS is a Software as a Service platform, providing access to labor for Labs/Clients in need.

      MOMS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offering a subscription model for access to the nationwide MAP Network (The MAP Network Coverage is updated daily on our website.). Basic access to the entire MAP network and the efficiencies that our platform provides is $999/month. 

      To enhance the MOMS experience, we also offer additional add-on features:

      • Sticklogistics® - A learning management system (LMS) powered by MOMS. $1,000/month
      • Click-To-Schedule - Provides tokenization of your MAP connections to populate on your website. $500/month
      • Shipment Tracking - Provides real-time updates as to when your Lab can expect to receive a collected specimen. $500/month
      • Access Control -  Allows Labs/Clients to control connectivity options by allowing outbound connection requests only. Controls visibility to your lab until you initiate an outbound request. $1,000/month
      • Private Network - For Labs/Clients currently utilizing in-office phlebotomy (IOP), the MOMS Private Network provides a compliant relationship with IOPs and allows Labs to bring the labor into one platform. $1,500/month
      • REP Reach - Empower your sales team to identify and add new MAPs to your network in the market. $2,500/month for up to 10 reps; each additional rep $250/per

      For Labs/Clients looking to get more from the subscription and utilize various added functionality, we also have two additional tiers of subscription offerings:

      • Professional Package:
        • $2,500/month, includes,:
          • Access to entire MAP network, plus
          • Dedicated Account Manager
          • Monthly Reporting
      • Enterprise Package:
        • $5,000/month, includes:
        • Professional Package, plus:
        • Predictive Analytics (volume trends, site volumes, market metrics)
        • Priority access to new functionality at no charge for first three (3) months when launched.
        • Integration Support.

      *Subscription is paid annually. If monthly payment is desired, there is a 5% up-charge. Panels and access pricing is subject to change.
