What if the patient walks in without an appointment?

In the event that a patient does not schedule a collection appointment in advance, you can add them to your queue by clicking on the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner. You will still need to check them in for the draw to process in the portal.

If the draw is paid for by the patient, you will have to enter their credit card information when you check them in on the portal. You will never have to collect payment directly from the patient. The MOMS platform does that for you.
