If you have not logged into the MOMS portal in some time, you will have to reset your password.
Resetting your password to the MOMS platform is easy. When attempting to login, you can simply click "Forgot Password."
The email you're trying to login with will receive both a two-factor authentication code (2FA) as well as a link to reset your password.
Passwords now must require the following:
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+|~=\{}[]:";'<>?,./`)
Length must be between 12 and 64 characters
Only allows letters, numbers, and the specified special characters
