      MAPs: What are the different user types for MOMS?

      We provide different user types for MOMS users as a way to grant or limit access to various parts of the platform.

      For MAPs, the different user types are:

      • Super Admin/Admin: A Super Admin is simply the individual who set up the account. Admin users have full access to the portal and can see all menus of the portal.
      • Contributor: A Contributor can only see the first two menu options (Queue and Labs/Clients). 

      The access level of users can be changed at any time via the Settings menu.
