The different user types for Labs/Clients designate levels of access within the portal. A Super Admin designates whoever set up the portal, but has the same level of access as an Admin.
The user types are:
- Super Admin/Admin: These users can access the entire MOMS portal. They have the ability to add and approve MAP connections, add and approve tests/panels, see all reports, etc.
- IT Admins: These users can only add and edit your lab's tests and panels.
- Account Admins: Account Admins differ from regular admins in terms of access. These users can see MAPs and tests but do not have the ability to edit or add them. Additionally, they can also see the collections queue, and chedule collections on behalf of patients.
