I'm having trouble with my login. I reset my password, but the error message says it must be renewed.

If you have not yet verified your email address, you will receive an error message even though you've requested a password reset.

Upon signing up for the platform, or being invited by a current user, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm/verify your account. This token expires after 24 hours but can be resent to you if need be.

Please let a MOMS team member know, or email help@myonemedicalsource.com to request a verification email be resent.
