I have to reschedule a patient draw. How is that done on the portal?

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. If a MAP needs to reschedule a collection for any reason, they must contact the patient via email or phone (both forms of contact are provided during the patient scheduling process).

The appointment can be rescheduled by clicking the "edit" pencil on the queue and selecting the date and time of the rescheduled appointment. Time slots that are already filled will be grayed out. The process can be seen in this video.

Once the appointment is rescheduled, the patient will receive a reminder email the night before as usual. The MAP will receive an email the morning of the appointment as well.
