How do we get paid for draws performed?

MOMS collects all payment from the responsible party (lab or patient) and aggregates it each month. Payments are processed within the first five (5) business days of the following month (i.e., all January draws are paid out in February).

We utilize Bill.com to process ACH payments to MAPs that have performed draws each month. You will receive an invite from Bill.com as part of the onboarding process. For more information on setting up your Bill.com account, click here. As a reminder, there is a flat $2.50 platform transaction fee per collection, plus the relevant Stripe processing fees. For example, a draw fee of $35 will net you $31.19 (platform transaction fee is $2.50, Stripe processing fees for this collection are $1.315 so $35 - $3.815 =  $31.81 which is rounded to $31.19).

To monitor your activity and expected revenue, you can visit the Reports menu at any time. Please note that the default time frame is a rolling 30-day period, but can be changed via the calendar button.

In order for payment to be collected, the patient must be checked in and finalized at the time of the scheduled appointment. If appointments are not finalized, we cannot pay you.
