Patients with a kit from a MOMS partner lab have purchased the kit directly from the lab, or it was ordered by a physician. There is no need to bill insurance or collect payment.
The MAP is solely responsible for collecting the sample, processing it, and preparing it for shipment. MOMS collects all payment information and will send you a check at the beginning of the next month for all draws performed as a result of a MOMS Platform appointment.
