How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Canceling and rescheduling your MOMS collection is easy.

We understand that life happens and you are not always able to make your scheduled appointment. 

Patients have the ability to cancel their appointment via the "Cancel Appointment" link found in the appointment confirmation email. (See Below)Screenshot 2025-01-29 at 11.37.15 AM

Upon clicking the Cancel Appointment link, you will be directed to the Patient Portal to finish cancelling the appointment.

Once cancelled, you will receive an email notification as well as have the ability to reschedule your appointment to a date and time that works better for you.
