How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that life happens and you are not always able to make your scheduled appointment. 

To cancel or reschedule your collection appointment, please contact the MAP: Medical Access Point/Provider™ directly. The contact information is provided in two places: the appointment confirmation page and the confirmation email you receive immediately upon scheduling.

The MAP is able to delete the appointment from their queue or reschedule to a later time or date in the future.
