Can I schedule a patient while they are at the clinic or does the patient have to schedule in advance?

In most cases, the patient will have scheduled their draw collection appointment in advance. If the patient shows up with out an appointment or just walks in, the platform can accommodate these patients as well.

To schedule a walk-in patient, simply click the plus sign (+) in the upper right-hand corner of the queue. As a reminder, all patients must be scheduled and checked in via the MOMS platform in order for the draw to register and for you to get paid.
