Can a patient call us directly to schedule their blood draw?

The collections can be scheduled by the patient, the MAP, or even the lab. However, all collections must be scheduled on the MOMS platform to take advantage of the platform's compliance, convenience, and efficiencies provided. If the draw is not scheduled via MOMS, we have no way of tracking it, and you will not get paid.
