How do I activate the Parent-Child Functionality?
MAPs under the same ownership can utilize the parent-child functionality for their other MAP accounts.
00:00: This tutorial will show map users how to set up the parent-child relationship
00:04: for multiple locations.
00:07: MAPs with multiple locations under the same umbrella or ownership can
00:11: utilize the MOMS Parent-Child functionality to manage multiple locations
00:15: and see the respective patient queues.
00:19: To activate the parent-child functionality,
00:21: click the Settings menu on the left hand navigation bar.
00:26: Click Locations to turn on the functionality and invite your children accounts.
00:31: To turn on this feature, toggle the Multiple Locations button to "On."
00:37: Please note, in doing so, you are not able to turn this feature off.
00:43: Click on another location. Option to edit additional entries.
00:48: Click confirm to apply the changes to the location.
00:52: Once turned on a new menu, will populate in the left-hand.
00:55: Navigation, titled locations.
00:57: This is where you will manage your parent-child relationship.
01:02: To invite a child location, click the plus sign in the upper right hand
01:06: corner.
01:08: Enter the required information to invite a child location to the MAP network.
01:12: This can be done individually, or in bulk by clicking "Bulk Upload
01:16: Locations" to download a csv template, which can be filled out and
01:20: uploaded. Once the information is added, click Invite Location to
01:24: send the invitation to the user's email.
01:26: They will then go through the onboarding process for the new account for the child
01:30: location.
01:31: Once invited, the child account will populate under "Pending Requests."
01:35: After onboarding the location will be active and then populate
01:40: under "My Locations."
01:42: As a parent MAP, you can view the queue and reports for each of your active children
01:46: accounts. Please remember that if the accounts share an email address, an
01:51: alias will have to be used. For more information on this process,
01:54: please contact your account manager.
