MOMS pays MAPs for draws performed via ACH/Direct Deposit. We use Bill.com to facilitate these payments.
If you have an existing Bill.com account, you can send your Payment Network ID (PNI) to ops@myonemedicalsource.com so we can easily connect. To find the PNI, go to the Settings menu of your Bill account on the left hand side, click Company Profile, then Network. You will see the 16 digit PNI and can copy it to send via email.
Utilizing Bill.com to receive payment is free, and the preferred method of receiving payment is ePayment. Upon activating your MAP account, you will also receive an email invitation to sign up and connect with MOMS to receive payment.
Please note, that until you have created a Bill.com account and connected with MOMS, you will not get paid for draws performed. MOMS no longer sends paper checks to MAPs that have joined the network after June 1, 2024 due to reliability issues with the USPS and fraudulent activities.
The payment process remains the same - all monthly draws are aggregated and payment is processed within the first five (5) business days of the following month.
